Running Assessment

Picture

Running continues to grow in popularity due to it's convenience and numerous health benefits, however up to 70% of runners are injured each year.
You do not have to be experiencing pain or discomfort in order to benefit from a running assessment.  Whether you are a seasoned runner looking to improve your running efficiency or just beginning to run and are looking to reduce your chance of being injured you can benefit from a running assessment.
A running assessment lasts approximately an hour and consists of a detailed history and physical assessment.  Video footage of the individual running from various angels will be taken and analyzed.  Education regarding the individual's bio-mechanics and running style will be provided as well as therapeutic exercise if required.

*Book with Brent MacAdam, Pt in Montague for your Running Assessment.*
