Private Nurse Practitioner Clinic
We recognize and acknowledge that many individuals in Kings County and surrounding areas
do not have a primary care provider which can cause undue stress and a gap in health care services.
We have answered the call, heard your concerns
and we are responding with the launch of our
Nurse Practitioner-led clinic.
Physio East Nurse Practitioner clinic is not publicly funded, there is a service fee due at the time of your visit.
We will provide a receipt for your visit that you may
submit to your private health care insurance, or claim
on your personal income tax return as a medical expense.
What's can a Nurse Practitioner do?
*Prescriptions (renewals & new medications; no controlled substances)
* Order & interpret diagnostics tests
*Consultations & referrals to other services
*Primary care services
*Primary prevention & health screening services
*Manage of non emergency conditions & injuries
The Nurse Practitioner clinic is by appointment only, at this time we are unable to accept walk-in clients.
You may also choose to add yourself to our waitlist - our admin staff reviews the list regularly and efforts are made to provide appointments to clients, as they become available.
Appointments will be in person at
Physio East, 541 Main St. Montague.
